Year in Review
Pizzeria LaFerrera is a weekly supper club hosted by Molly Baker and Jason LaFerrera. Our goal this year was to make 256 pizzas, here are some fun statistics about what we learned along the way.

Making pizza every week takes a lot of ingredients, here's the breakdown of provisions we went through.

We used 2 gallons of olive oil,
made mozzarella 4 times from scratch,
went through 6 pounds of salt,
used 14 pounds of sausage,
drank 624 beers,
and 54 bottles of wine were opened.
